High Build - Masonry coating

A water-borne medium to heavy textured protective and decorative finish. For use 0n most exterior (not textured) masonry surfaces and exterior grade building boards. Ideal for the renovation of uneven and irregular surfaces. A variety of textures can be achieved using various application techniques. Awarded a British Board of Agrément Certificate for up to 15 years durability

Preparation:

• Sandtex Trade Fungicidal Wash - Use to remove organic growth from surfaces.

• Sandtex Ready Mixed Masonry Filler- Crack filling and small defects in masonry surfaces.

• Sandtex Trade Quick Dry Stabilising Solution- to stabilize chalking decorative finishes and to control suction on undecorated surfaces.

• Sandtex Trade Stabilising Solution - to stabilize chalking decorative finishes and to control suction on undecorated surfaces.

• For spray application, prime all areas to be decorated with a matching colour of Sandtex Trade Fine Textured Matt
