HES3D Concealed Hinges Series - Door Hinges

A range of zinc alloy, three-way adjustable concealed hinges available in a variety of weight-duties, with a combination of top quality and precision design, exclusive features and simple installation. These concealed hinges allow a weight bearing from 12 kg up to 125 kg with three hinges.

All five concealed hinges have the same design, despite the differences in size and weight-bearing, allowing the application to have a uniformed look and feel throughout.

HES3D-70:

• Hinge size: 70 x 14 mm.
• Small HES series can be applied to a minimum door thickness of 19 mm.
• Suitable for doors up to 600 x 1200 mm (w x h).
• Maximum weight load of 12 kg (three hinges).
• Small bore depth, easy to cut out the door and frame.
• Three-way adjustment function allows vertical, horizontal, and depth adjustment after hinge is installed.
• Hinge can be split into the door side and the frame side.
• Has a minimal gap between the door and door frame for added safety. In Japan, it received the "Kids Design Award." The award program is run by a NPO called the Kids Design Association and it honours designs that enhance children's security and safety, foster children's creativity, and that facilitate raising children.

HES3D-90:

• Hinge size: 90 x 18 mm.
• Can be applied to a minimum door thickness of 23 mm.
• Suitable for doors up to 600 x 1500 mm (w x h). Can be used on taller doors if weight is within specifications.
• Maximum weight load of 16 kg (three hinges).
• Three-way adjustment function allows vertical, horizontal, and depth adjustment after hinge is installed.
• Thin profile allows for shallow mortise and makes installation easier.
• Jig (sold separately) makes installation easy.
• Can be split into two parts (one for the frame and one for the flap) making installation easy.

• Three-way adjustment function allows vertical, horizontal, and depth adjustment after hinge is installed.
• Thin profile allows for shallow mortise and makes installation easier.
• Jig (sold separately) makes installation easy.
• Can be split into two parts (one for the frame and one for the flap) making installation easy.
• Temporary holding feature: can temporarily be hung and hold position without being affixed with screws. This makes installation much easier.
• Custom colours available on request. Please contact manufacturer for details.

• Suitable for doors up to 900 x 2400 mm (w x h). Can be used on taller doors if weight is within specifications.
• Maximum weight load of 70 kg (three hinges).
• Three-way adjustment function allows vertical, horizontal, and depth adjustment after hinge is installed.
• Thin profile allows for shallow mortise and makes installation easier.
• Jig (sold separately) makes installation easy.
• Temporary holding feature: can temporarily be hung and hold position without being affixed with screws. This makes installation much easier.
• Passed a 300,000 open/close cycle test in private testing.

HES3D-E190:

• Has a fire safety rating of ANSI/UL 10C, CAN/ULC-S104.
• Hinge size: 190 x 34 mm.
• Can be applied to a minimum door thickness of 38 mm.
• Suitable for doors up to 900 x 2400 mm (w x h). Can be used on taller doors if weight is within specifications.
• Maximum weight load of 125 kg (three hinges).
• Three-way adjustment function allows vertical, horizontal, and depth adjustment after hinge is installed.
• Passed a 300,000 open/close cycle test in private testing.
• Thin profile allows for shallow mortise and makes installation easier.
• Jig (sold separately) makes installation easy.
• Can be split into two parts (one for the frame and one for the flap) making installation easy.
