A high performing timber stud wall system.

Features:

  • Can be used in new build, conversion and refurbishment developments.
  • Provides a one-hour fire resistance.
  • Building Regulations Approved Document E (E&W), Technical Handbook Section 5 (Scotland) and Technical Handbook G (Northern Ireland) compliant. A tried and tested method of creating a separating lightweight stud wall.
  • Excellent acoustic performance due to the clear void between the two stud frames.

Components:

  • Two 50 x 100 mm timber stud frames - supplied by others.
  • Heavy Duty Isolation Tape - to isolate the stud and track from the floor and ceiling structure.
  • Hush Slab 100 - fitted tightly between the frame.
  • Two layers of 15 mm thick Gyproc Soundbloc plasterboard on both sides - supplied by others.
