HAWA-Junior 160/GP

Features:

• Suitable for straight, interior sliding glass doors where headroom is limited. Top of glass panel close to underside of top track. Tandem rollers made of high-grade polyamide, mounted in an aluminium carriage, ensure exceptionally silent action. All parts are corrosion resistant.

• Height adjustment facility after installation.

• Uses suspension patch fitting units with decorative face plates.

• Glass thickness: 8–12 mm.

• Maximum door height: 2300 mm.

• Maximum door weight: 160 kg.

Fitting set:

• Junior 160/GP fitting set, ref: 941.60.099. Set comprises two trolley hangers, two track stoppers, rubber buffer and drilling jig.

Fixing screws:

• Fixing screws to be ordered separately: 4.0 mm and 5.0 mm diameter Hospa special screws.

Top track:

• Silver anodized aluminium, with screw holes for soffit fixing. Size: 53 mm wide x 62 mm deep, ref: 941.60.300 (3000 mm), 400 (4000 mm) and 500 (5000 mm).

• Two top tracks are mounted side by side for double or multiple doors.

Bottom channel:

• 24 x 24 mm anodized aluminium, pre-drilled for countersunk screws, ref: 940.81.250 (2500 mm) and 940.81.350 (3500 mm).

Bottom guide:

• Nylon pilot, for fitting to patch fitting, ref: 940.40.035 (two fittings required per panel).

Optional floor guide:

• Surface fixed, medium duty natural coloured nylon, ref: 940.80.038 (one required per panel).

• Surface fixed, heavy duty silver anodized aluminium, screw adjustable, ref: 941.00.031 (one required per panel).

Optional sliders for glass:

• Self-adhesive transparent impact resistant PVC, ref: 940.40.033 (8 mm glass) or 940.40.034 (10 mm glass) (one pack of six pieces required per panel).

Patch assembly cover plates:

• Plastic, available in satin chrome, polished brass, stainless steel or polished chrome finishes, ref: 940.40.- and 41.- series. Each set comprises four plates (one set per panel required).

Additional fittings:

• Patch fitting: For clamping of bottom guide to glass panel, ref: 940.40.026 (two fittings required per panel).

• Bottom guide: Nylon pilot, for fitting to patch fitting, ref: 940.40.035 (two fittings required per panel).

• Bottom door stopper: Satin chrome, with buffer, ref: 940.80.052 (two required per panel).

• Additional Rubber buffer, ref: 407.01.930.

• Brackets are available to allow the installation of fixed glazing alongside all glass sliding door systems. Sets of top and bottom brackets are available in finishes to match the patch assembly cover plates, ref: 940.41.06- and 940.41.07-series. The fixed glass panels are integrated in the sliding door system which means a reduced minimum gap (12–14 mm) between sliding and fixed glass panels. A base plate is available for raising the bottom bracket above carpets, etc, ref: 940.41.080.
