Application
- For use on iron or steel and can be applied to bare or corroded substrates.
- For interior and exterior use.
- Not suitable for non-ferrous metals, for immersion or for surfaces in contact with potable water or foodstuffs.
Description
A solvent-based, rust stabilizing thick film primer for ferrous metals.
The product contains anti-corrosive pigments and the thick film creates a barrier inhibiting the formation of further rust and helping to smooth rough substrates.
Features and benefits:
- A high performance anti-corrosive formulation.
- Quick drying.
- Naturally red in colour.
- Suitable for use on gates, railings and metal drainpipes.
- Apply two coats, allowing a minimum of six hours between coats.
- Compatible with most paints. A topcoat may be applied after a minimum of six hours. For best results, allow 24 hours.
