Description

A range of tiles manufactured from a self-compacting, rapid setting, additive modified cementitious mix, selected aggravates and sands. Each tile has high mechanical resistance, low water absorption, frost-resistance, and is lightweight. Can be pre-cast in larger sizes and shapes than standard concrete.

Recommended adhesives/ fixings:

  • Mapei Keraquick Flexible adhesive, suitable for application with 10 mm trowel. Installation should be made with a double layer (smooth trowel on the tile and 10 mm notched trowel on the floor).
  • Use Ditra Mat underlay where there is a risk of surface movement, e.g. with the application of new concrete screeds.

Recommended surface protection:

  • Hydrophobic sealer (satin).
  • POLIFAN PU K12 (matt, satin, gloss).

  • Yield strength (modulus of rupture): 5–8 MPa.
  • Tensile strength (modulus of rupture): 2–5 MPa.

  • Thermal expansion coefficient: 10–20 x 10^-6 per °C.
  • Absorption: Low water permeability: <1.3.
