Description

A range of one hour fire rated 'drop down' loft access doors.

The units meet the British Standard recommendation for a leakage rate of <1 m³ at a pressure differential of 2 Pa, and the Building Regulations Part L2A ‘reasonable limit’ for the design air permeability of buildings of 10 m³/h.m² at 50 Pa.

Designed for flush fitting to the ceiling and to fit between 600 mm centre joists.

Draught seals are fitted to all four sides of the door.

Supplied with a budget lock and 'T' key as standard.

The door panel is supported along its length by two removable pivot plates with inserted steel pins located into holes in the frame.

Manufactured from Zintec electro-galvanised mild steel finished in polyester powder coated (white), with a PVC foam seal and mineral fibre insulation.
