Description

Chipboard with high pressure laminate (HPL) to both sides according to EN 438 (A/ A grade). Edges are untrimmed.

Fire behaviour (to DIN EN 13501-1):

D-s2, d0 (nominal thickness ≥12 mm).

Technical characteristics:

  • Formaldehyde emission (to EN 13986): Class E1.
  • Water vapour resistance (to DIN EN 438-2): ≥ a moderate change in gloss level and/ or colour.
  • Stain resistance (to DIN EN 438-2): ≥ a moderate change in gloss level and/ or colour.
  • Impact resistance (to ISO 13894-1): ≥15 N.
  • Heat resistance (to DIN EN 438-2): ≥ a moderate change in gloss level and/ or colour.
  • Light fastness (to DIN EN 438-2): Grey scale 4–5.
  • Abrasion resistance (to DIN EN 438-2): Moderate change in gloss level and/ or colour (decor related deviations are possible).
  • Antibacterial (to JIS Z 2801): 99.9% of bacteria is destroyed after 24 hours.
  • Distortion: ≤4 mm/m (for an identical structure on both sides).
  • Edge fissures: Standard size: ≤10 mm; fixed size: ≤3 mm.
