Injection moulded polypropylene weep vents.
Injection moulded polypropylene weep vents, generally used to drain lintels trays, cavity trays and to provide ventilation in cavity walls.
The vents have a baffled grill to prevent the ingress of driving wind and rain and incorporate an insect grill and drip lip.
It provides 220 mm² free airflow and is used in high drainage applications.
Available in a range of eight colours and designed for fitting into open perpendicular joints spaced at no greater than 900 mm centres.
NHBC guidelines recommend 450 mm maximum centres, with at least two weep vents above all windows and doors.
