Extruded aluminium base and headrail sections and rolled metal wall channels.

Subframe:

Rolled metal section with chipboard bracing board, fitted to site frame with nylon click-fix location brackets.

Panel fixing:

Panel sections fitted to subframe with concealed BZP carbon steel joggle clips with the butt joints fitted with low carbon steel non intrusive locating clips.

Access panels:

Removable access panels as standard.

• Core material: 702 kg/m³ grade medium density fibreboard (MDF).

• Thickness (nominal): 18 mm.

• Finish: Primed and sprayed with polyurethane lacquer.

• Edge treatment: As panel face.

• Flashgaps: ColourCoat MDF or melamine-faced chipboard.

– FrameDuct HPL:

• Core material: 660 kg/m³ grade moisture resistant chipboard.

• Thickness (nominal): 18 mm.

• Facings: High pressure laminate (HPL).

• Edge treatment: 1 mm matching PVC or, 3 mm matching or contrasting PVC with corners radiused.

• Flashgaps: 13 mm high density solid grade laminate with decorative surface both sides, with 6 mm thick MDF packing piece to rear.

• Core material: 702 kg/m³ grade medium density fibreboard (MDF).

• Facings: Real wood veneer.
