Fontecoat EP80
Two-pack water-borne epoxy gloss topcoat for low-VOC demands.
The paint can be used with solvent-borne primers. Provides protection comparable to that of solvent-borne epoxy paint.
A two-component water-based epoxy topcoat. Fontecoat EP 80 forms a tough and glossy surface with high resistance to abrasion and chemical stress. Can be tinted with thousands of colours available.
Suitable when a low Volatile organic compound (VOC) Volatile organic compound (VOC) content is required. The paint can be used with solvent-based primers. The product provides protection comparable to that of solvent-based epoxy paint.
Features and benefits:
- VOC levels: Low (50-149 g/L).
- Theoretical cover rate: Theoretical coverage 4.7 m²/L at 100 um.
- Thinner: Water.
- Touch dry: 5 hours at 23°C.
- Recoat time: 6 hours at 2 °C.
- Minimum content: Minimum contents are the can size less 10%.
