Description

Rainwater outlets and accessories manufactured from rigid polyurethane with screw-on flange/clamping ring.

  • To be used as part of any single ply or bituminous felt membrane waterproofing system.
  • Polyurethane body minimises heat loss and condensation at roof penetration points.
  • Screw-on clamping ring/ flange allows seal to all types of vapour barrier and membrane waterproofing systems.
  • Sumped outlets provide high flow rate, reducing number of outlets required.
  • Supplier offers system design and flat roof drainage calculations, including dimensions and number of outlets, calculated to BS EN 12056.

  • Versatile, medium sump outlets.
  • Available with vertical or angled (90º) spigot for connection to socketed downpipes with vertical drainage or horizontal e.g. in ceiling void or parapet/ through wall drainage.
  • Diameter: 75-125 mm.
  • Supplied with dome leaf guard.
  • With screw-on clamping ring/ flange, allowing all membrane waterproofing systems to be sealed round the outlet, for cold or inverted roofs.
  • For warm roofs, use Flow-therm extension unit F-658.

- Compact:

  • Shallow sump outlets for use in balcony/ terrace roofs or situations where void space is restricted.
  • Available with vertical or angled (90º) spigot for connection to socketed downpipes with vertical drainage or horizontal e.g.in ceiling void or parapet/ through wall drainage.
  • Diameter: 50 or 75 mm.
  • Supplied with dome leaf guard.
  • With screw-on clamping ring/ flange, allowing all membrane waterproofing systems to be sealed round the outlet, for cold or inverted roofs.
  • For warm roofs, use Flow-therm extension unit F-673.

Extension units:

  • Connects to outlets to extend through insulation in warm roof applications.
  • With screw-on clamping ring/ flange, allowing bituminous waterproofing systems to be sealed round the outlet.
  • Available in Universal and Compact ranges.

Terrace/ balcony grates:

  • F-660, flat leaf grate for terrace/ balcony roofs. To fit Universal outlets.
  • F-675-1, square, flat leaf grate for terrace/ balcony roofs. To fit Compact outlets, with inlet and leaf guard to allow drainage at roof level.
  • F-675-1A, as F-675-1 with trap.
  • F-675-2, square, flat leaf grate for terrace/ balcony roofs with low construction heights. To fit Compact outlets, with inlet at base.
  • F-675-3, round, flat grating for terrace/ balcony roofs to suit 50 or 75 mm diameter downpipes with inlet and leaf guard to allow drainage at roof level. To fit Compact outlets.
  • F-675-3A, as F-675-3 with trap.
  • F-675-4, round, flat grating for terrace/balcony roofs with low construction heights. To suit 50 or 75 mm diameter downpipes. To fit Compact outlets, with inlet at base.
  • F-676, height adjustment unit for Compact balcony grates, 95mm high. Can be shortened by cutting. Can be lengthened by stacking two units.

Retaining units:

  • Connects to outlets to act as an emergency drain.
  • Unit is height adjustable, allowing installer to set the overflow level.
  • Outlets with retaining units require drainage separate from the main system.
  • Available in Universal and Compact ranges.
