Description
A ready to use water repellent cream. Facade cream is a viscous emulsion of silane and siloxane which impregnates porous masonry to produce a water repellent surface.
Features and benefits:
- It allows the substrate to breathe and can also reduce heat loss improving the thermal property of the dwelling.
- Single coat application with less risk of splashing than conventional liquid water repellents.
- Masonry Sterilising Wash is recommended to remove algae, moss, lichen before application.
