Product Options

Product reference:

- Type G700 Circular Soffit Ventilator:

  • Designed to be fitted before or after installation of the soffit boards. The airflow passage consists of evenly spaced slots, specifically sized to prohibit large insects gaining access but wide enough not to be blocked by debris, paint or water droplets.
  • The ventilators are manufactured from injection moulded polypropylene and achieve 2150 mm²/m free airflow per unit.
  • Size: 80 mm diameter overall.
  • To achieve 10 000 mm²/m the G700 should be placed at 200 mm centres.
  • To achieve 25 000 mm²/m the G700 should be fitted at 86 mm staggered centres.

- Type G800 Continuous Soffit Ventilator:

  • Designed to provide a solution to roof ventilation where a traditional soffit board is specified. The airflow passage consists of evenly spaced slots, specifically sized to prohibit large insects gaining access to but wide enough not to be blocked by debris, paint or water droplets.
  • The units are designed for use with 4 mm to 12 mm thick soffit boards.
  • Manufactured from extruded unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) and achieve 10 000 mm²/m free airflow per unit, equivalent to a continuous gap of 10 mm.
  • Size: 2440 mm long x 48 mm wide including 18 mm adjustable 'mouth'.

- Type G825 Continuous Soffit Ventilator:

  • Designed to provide a solution to roof ventilation where a traditional Soffit board is specified and 25 mm of air flow is required. The airflow passage consists of evenly spaced slots, specifically sized to prohibit large insects gaining access but wide enough not to be blocked by debris, paint or water droplets.
  • The units are designed for use with 4 mm to 12 mm thick soffit boards.
  • Manufactured from extruded PVC-U and achieve 25 000 mm²/m free airflow per unit, equivalent to a continuous gap of 25 mm.
  • Size: 2440 mm long x 79.5 mm wide including 20.5 mm adjustable 'mouth'.

- Type G821 Sloping Soffit Ventilator:

  • Designed to provide a solution to roof ventilation for sloping eaves. The airflow passage consists of evenly spaced slots, specifically sized to prohibit large insects gaining access but wide enough not to be blocked by debris, paint or water droplets.
  • The units incorporate an angled section, providing positive fix to the soffit board and prevents blocking of the ventilation.
  • Manufactured from extruded PVC-U and achieve 10 000 mm²/m free airflow per unit, equivalent to a continuous gap of 10 mm.
  • Size: 2440 mm long x 56 mm wide overall.

- Type G826 Flat Roof Soffit Ventilator:

  • Designed for flat roof applications where an upright fix is required and 25 mm airflow is needed. The airflow passage consists of evenly spaced slots, specifically sized to prohibit large insects gaining access but wide enough not to be blocked by debris, paint or water droplets.
  • Manufactured from extruded PVC-U and achieve 25 000 mm²/m free airflow per unit, equivalent to a continuous gap of 25 mm.
  • Size: 3100 mm long x 79 mm wide x 28 mm high.

- Type G827 Low Pitch and Flat Roof Soffit Ventilator:

  • Designed for a wide range of applications where the thick section soffit boards are used in the flat or sloping position and 25 mm airflow is needed.
  • Size: 2440 mm long x 79.5 mm wide overall.
