Glazing:

5 mm thick solid polycarbonate sheets with outstanding levels of light transmission, impact strength and resistance to mechanical stresses, together with exceptional long-term chemical-physical stability.

Framework:

  • Main frame: Constructed from 50 x 50 x 3 mm steel box section. Adjustable feet keep the shelter level, which is beneficial when fixing to existing ground works.
  • Buggy bar: Constructed from 50 x 50 x 3 mm steel box section.
  • Gate: Constructed from 50 x 50 x 2.5 mm steel box section. Includes a sliding lock, complete with handle and padlock.

Fixing:

Base plate fixed to a concrete foundation.

Weather resistance:

During the manufacture of the polycarbonate sheeting, a layer of UV absorber is co-extruded onto the surface forming a barrier against UV radiation. The shelter uses a unique clamping system which reduces the need to drill holes in the panels, making them longer lasting and more weather proof.
