Description

Extruded aluminium security roller shutters with 77 mm high slats. They have been tested by the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) and awarded insurance approved 'Secured by Design' status. They are tested to LPS 1175 SR2 and can be mounted internally, externally or reveal fixed. The shutters can span up to 5 m in width and an area up to 25 m². Available with solid and punched profiles.

Standard product features

Slats:

18.5 mm thick solid double (E77) or single (V77) skinned extruded aluminium, 77 mm in height.

Enclosure:

Roll formed aluminium box with pressure-moulded aluminium alloy end caps.

Guide channels:

150 mm deep heavy duty extruded aluminium. To comply with LPCB certification, the channels must be installed 30 mm from the opening, allowing 180 mm from the opening edge to the back of the guide channels.

Bottom slat:

Extruded aluminium with brush and rubber weather seals.

Operation:

Single phase tubular motor with internal rocker or external key switch. Numerous control option variants such as group, remote or mobile phone activation are available.
