Gyproc nailable plugs: Insert two Gyproc Nailable Plugs per board (after the dabs have set) as secondary mechanical fixings, located within the tapered edges so that they are concealed when the system is finished, 200 mm from the top of the board. For Gyproc TriLine to receive wall tiling, fix Gyproc nailable plugs at 600 mm centres, 15 mm in from each edge. Ensure plugs penetrate at least 25 mm into the background excluding the thickness of any existing plaster finishes. Drive nail heads slightly below the paper surface; do not break paper or gypsum core.
