Suitable for use with various types of walling. Fully flush, they are suitable for a wide range of cleanrooms, laboratories and other controlled environments, meeting the stringent industry standards, including cGMP, MHRA and FDA requirements.
Description
Norwood’s double door set has been designed for various applications, including fire doors, security doors, personnel, and acoustic door set options. Fully flush, they are suitable for a wide range of cleanrooms, laboratories and other controlled environments, meeting the stringent industry standards, including cGMP, MHRA and FDA requirements.
Norwood doors utilize a 1.2 mm gauge mild steel for the leaf and 1.5 mm gauge mild steel for the frame, on completion, both are factory finished in a high quality RAL/ BS exterior grade polyester coating, applied at 18-20 µm dry film thickness over 4-6 µm of epoxy anti-corrosive prime. The gloss level will be 35% ±5% depending on substrate interaction.
Features and Benefits:
- The door width, height and frame thickness are bespoke to each project and the customers’ requirements.
- Ironmongery is applied prior to delivery to site to reduce installation and programme, there are various ironmongery packages available, but Norwood can manufacture to meet the customers specification.
- Non Fire Rated and 60 min Fire Rated option available
- Vision Panels Fully flush double glazed units with either 6.4mm laminated glass or 6mm toughened glass
- Door Set Options: Norwood doors as standard are mild steel powder coated; however, we can provide Stainless Steel, GRP, Glass and Timber doors
- Non-ferrous door sets available, utilising aluminium and stainless steel fixings
- Our products are delivered to site prefabricated, minimising site disruption, improving construction programmes and diminishing health and safety risks.
