CUPACLAD® 201 Vanguard - Natural Slate Cladding

CUPACLAD 201 Vanguard is a BBA approved ventilated rainscreen cladding system with a natural slate exterior with contrasting stainless steel clips.

Features and benefits:

• Part of the CUPACLAD® 201 series.

• Combines large, horizontally fitted slates with partially visible stainless steel brackets, giving contemporary appeal.

• Each tile is held in place by two stainless steel clips.

• The clips have flanges that work like springs, absorbing natural differences in the thicknesses of the slates to achieve a levelled cladding surface.

• The metal rails include small holes to mark the exact positions where the clips should be placed, avoiding the necessity of drawing vertical guidelines and individual fixings for the clips.

• Slate is a naturally inert mineral material, only subject to extraction and mechanical transformation, and is considered efficient as a rainscreen cladding material for construction envelope purposes.
