CS Explovent® ERP Explosion Venting Panels for Walls

Features:

• ATEX Compliant , field testable explosion venting panels.

• The release mechanism is factory calibrated for release at very low pressures (24.41 kg/m2).

• Panels remain closed until an event occurs.

• The panels are lightweight and release quickly during an explosion.

• Once the pressure of an explosion has been relieved, the panel returns to a near closed position, allowing air to return into the room to address implosion concerns.

Note: If there is insufficient wall area to site the vent panels, additional explosion relief can be achieved by utilizing CS Explovent® XRV Roof Vents.

- ERP-IC – Insulated Aluminium Panels:

• A magnetic release, wall mounted, top or bottom hinged aluminium vent with insulated core, designed to provide a draft-free environment.

• ATEX Compliant and CE labelled.

• FM approved and labelled.

• Maximum panel size: 1220 mm in one direction x 2440 mm in the other direction.

• Designed in accordance with NFPA 68 standards and all fire codes.

- ERP-PC:

• A magnetic release, wall mounted, top or bottom hinged aluminium vent, with high strength translucent polycarbonate panel inserts.

• Panel inserts available in clear, white or bronze tint.

• ATEX Compliant and CE labelled.

• Maximum panel size: 1220 mm in one direction x 2440 mm in the other direction.

• Designed in accordance with NFPA 68 standards and all building and fire codes.

Finishes:

• The aluminium sections are available in Kynar 500 (high performance fluoropolymer resin coating) and anodized finishes.

• Translucent polycarbonate panel inserts for ERP-PC panels are available in clear, white or bronze tint.
