Application

Exterior wall applications, particularly tamper-proof and low maintenance covers are required. Suitable for retrofit applications.

Description

Easy to install, tamper-proof and low maintenance aluminium wall joint covers for exterior applications. Supplied with a moisture barrier as standard, the SMX series is surface-mounted to exterior walls, making it suitable for retrofit applications.


Cover plate is clear anodized as standard; it can be painted on site or supplied powder coated to match surrounding walls (subject to minimum quantity).


Features and benefits:

  • Joint width: up to 50 mm.
  • Horizontal: up to +40/-35 mm.
  • Vertical: up to ±4 mm.
  • Lateral: up to ±5 mm.
  • Fixings (by others) to suit substrate at 450 mm centres.
