Heavy-duty, recess-mounted joint covers with dual gasket for large movement capability and extra deep recess in the centre plate to accommodate terrazzo, or thick floor tiles.
Application
Floor joints applications with large movement requirements where thick floor finishes are used and minimum visual of expansion joint cover is preferred.
Description
Recess mounted flush floor covers with an extra deep recess to accommodate thick floor tiles, terrazzo or other finishes.
Features and benefits:
- Joint width: up to 50 mm.
- Horizontal movement: up to +20 mm.
- Vertical movement: up to ±3 mm.
- Lateral movement: up to ±6 mm.
- Load capability: 1000 kg point load.
- Finishes can be up to 35 mm thick.
- GFT-HDS models feature stainless steel capping to aluminium frames.
- Floor fixings (by others) to suit substrate at 450 mm centres and to achieve minimum 40 mm embedment.
