Dual gasket floor joint covers with recessed centre plate for maximum concealment, offering large movement range.
Application
Floor joint covers for applications with up to 3.2 mm-thick carpet or vinyl flooring, requiring large movement capability and minimum visual impact.
Description
Recess-mounted floor covers with dual gaskets and 3.2 mm-deep recessed aluminium centre plate to take a vinyl floor, bonded carpet or other insert.
Features and benefits:
- Joint width: up to 110 mm.
- Horizontal movement: up to +38 mm.
- Vertical movement: up to ±15 mm.
- Lateral movement: up to ±8 mm.
- Load capability: 250 kg point load.
- Easy to clean, suited to interiors where hygiene is important.
- DGTR(W) models can be installed over a range of joint widths.
- GTR(W) models require a consistent joint width.
- Fixing:
- Floor fixings (by others) to suit substrate at 450 mm centres and to achieve minimum 40 mm embedment.
- Wall fixings (by others) to suit substrate at 450 mm centres.
