CS Acrovyn® Wall Protection Panels
Description

Wall Protection Panels comprise Acrovyn® or Acrovyn® 4000 Sheet (homogenous, impact resistant material) laminated to a rigid board:

  • Choice of edge options and panel cores to suit project requirements.
  • Impact and abrasion resistant.
  • Available in a wide range of colours including Faux Wood and Faux Metal Finishes.
  • Custom sizes for panels.
  • Designed to be fitted directly to a wall substrate for permanent application.

Features

Acrovyn® Wall Protection Panels panels comprise 2mm Acrovyn® Sheet or 1.5mm Acrovyn 4000® Sheet laminated to a rigid board

Supplied with 9mm thick MDF as standard. Panels utilising moisture resistant boards, or boards fire tested in accordance with BS EN 13501-1:2007+A1:2009 can also be supplied

Edge options include: square wrapped on two sides, fully wrapped, or unfinished (face laminated only)

Available in full range of solid colours

Texture: Pebblette, Suede or Smooth

Custom sizes for panels (size 2400 x 1200 mm maximum for wrapped panels)

Panels can be butt jointed in temperature controlled environments, or installed with an expansion/contraction gap sealed using mastic in contrasting or matching colours
