Five year

Guidance for specification option:

Race Products are guaranteed for five years from the later date of their supply or installation in accordance with the following:

• Race Furniture Limited will repair or replace free of charge any manufacturing defect that occurs within five years that arises and is proven to be a product or manufacturing fault.
• The guarantee is conditional on Products being maintained in accordance with instructions issued by Race Furniture Limited.
• The guarantee does not include fabric / Leather / Vinyl. This may be covered under a separate guarantee from the fabric supplier.
• The guarantee is subject to Race being informed promptly once the defect is initially observed and does not include the repair of secondary damage that occurs as a result of failure to do this.
• The warranty does not apply where goods have not been properly maintained or have been subject to misuse, unauthorised repair, replacement modification or alteration, or if the defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, or abnormal storage or working conditions.
