Application

For use with MetalPad for paving.

Designed for Class A balconies, terraces and flat roofs, and complies fully with BS 8579.

Description

MetalPad adjustable pedestal for porcelain tiles and paving with aluminium rail joist which holds tiles in place with additional steel headpiece which slides along the rail.

It creates a suitable substructure frame for Class balcony and terrace construction.

Profiled rail joist clicks between four lugs on headpiece of MetalPad to give secure fitting without need for mechanical fixings.

Ceramic, stone or concrete tiles sit between positioning lugs on the headpiece which is cliclked onto the rail without need for mechanical fixings.

Fire rated Class A to EN 13501-1.

Complies to BS 8579.

Free floating system, the weight of the tile keeps everything in place.

  • Includes aluminium box detailed rail, 20 mm, 25 mm or 50 mm high - 60 mm wide.
  • Rail length 2 m, 2.5 m as standard, up to 5 m lengths available.
  • Steel circular headpiece with positioning lugs fits onto rail to hold corners of tiles in place.
