The CD Sliding Door has been designed to meet the requirements of specifiers - it's ideal for car showrooms, airports and shopping complexes.

System Features of the CD Sliding aluminium door:

• Operates in a bi-parting mode on a common track or in a passing mode using multiple tracks to permit numerous design configurations
• All weathered interlock between sliding door and the surround reduces the possibility of a forced entry
• Integral glazing prevents removal of the glass from the outside
• Special stile has been designed to allow the doors to hinge outwards for emergency exit
• Single or multi-track options using a modular interlocking track.
• Single door or bi-parting doors on a single track, with meeting stile and interlock options permitting numerous design configurations using multi-tracks.
• Can be provided with a flush fitting drained threshold. With or without integral ramps for ready access.
• Glide blocks at head keep the sashes central while ensuring silent and smooth operation.
• Sliding doors are set on steel wheels, running on individual tracks.
• Double polypropylene pile around all four sides.

• Sliding doors are set on steel wheels running on individual brass tracks.

Construction:

• The door leaves are constructed using the same method as the hinged or pivot commercial door and are then inserted into the sliding door system framework.
• Section sight lines can be carried through and sections optimised. 
• Two methods of construction are available:

1. Corner cleats and tie rods.
2. Welded construction using special aluminium cleats.
