Multi-functional blind rivet for a variety of applications.
Application
BULB-TITE® rivets can be used for the following applications:
- Fastening of metal profiles onto metal sheets,
- Fastening of overlaps onto profile sheets,
- Fastening of roof lights and plastic sheets,
- Fastening of metal profiles onto metal decks and liner trays.
Description
BULB-TITE® rivets are available in 5.2 and 7.7 mm body diameter and can be used for multitude of applications.
They are manufactured from aluminum 5056 (EN573) and
for weather resistance the rivets are assembled with an EPDM washer.
Features and benefits:
- High clamping range with clamping force. independent of the clamping thickness.
- High quality Neoprene sealing washer for long-term weather sealing.
- Non-detachable end vibration-resistant connection.
- Safe setting given by the three load bearing legs.
Approvals:
BULB-TITE® rivets are ETA approved (ETA number 13/0255) and are CE marked. Technical performance in terms of tensile and shear are all documented in the ETA. These values can enable the engineer to determine safe working loads in accordance with Euro norms.
