Saint-Astier Brick Repairs Dry Mix
Specially formulated mortar based on Saint-Astier Natural Hydraulic Lime and aggregates for the repair or simulation of brick

Suitable for reconstruction of facings, cut and carved ornamentation for soft to hard materials, filling in and repairing spalls, cracks and deterioration
Colour: neutral white or pre-coloured mortar from St. One's colour range. In addition, to best match the original stone colour and aesthetic, St. One® colouration can be matched and manufactured. Colours can also be mixed on-site, by incorporating mineral lime-compatible pigments.
Supplied in 25KG bags to which mixing water is added.

Hot Weather Requirements: Protect lime mortar from uneven and excessive evaporation during dry, hot weather. Provide tarping over the outside of all scaffolding.
When the St.One ® BRICK is uniformly dry, a lime shelter coat or a lime paint can be applied.
For greater thicknesses, load successive layers of 3 to 5 cm, after setting the previous layer. For thicknesses greater than 4 cm, a reinforcing frame (stainless steel) will be fixed depending on the weight and dimension to be repaired.
