WarrantyDescription	Five year Race Products are guaranteed for five years from the later date of their supply or installation in accordance with the following: Race Furniture Limited will repair or replace free of charge any manufacturing defect that occurs within five years that arises and is proven to be a product or manufacturing fault. The guarantee is conditional on Products being maintained in accordance with instructions issued by Race Furniture Limited. The guarantee does not include fabric / Leather / Vinyl. This may be covered under a separate guarantee from the fabric supplier. The guarantee is subject to Race being informed promptly once the defect is initially observed and does not include the repair of secondary damage that occurs as a result of failure to do this. The warranty does not apply where goods have not been properly maintained or have been subject to misuse, unauthorised repair, replacement modification or alteration, or if the defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, or abnormal storage or working conditions.
