Flexible cold applied damp proof, waterproof and gas resistant membrane.
Brush the membrane onto the surface to ensure good initial bond and exclude air. On high walls it may be necessary to batten fix the membrane to prevent slippage.
A flexible cold applied waterproof membrane combining a special high performance cross-laminated, high tear strength HDPE carrier film with a self-adhesive rubber bitumen compound. Use for protection of sub-structures in accordance with the relevant requirements of BS 8102.
Designed to be applied to the underside of basement slabs and to vertical walls. The membrane can accommodate minor settlement and shrinkage movement and is chemically resistant to provide external protection against aggressive soils and ground water.
Substrate:
Monolithic concrete blinding is preferred which should be regular, smooth and free of loose aggregate and sharp protrusions. Ensure all surfaces are free from ice and frost.

Joint laps:
Minimum laps of 50 mm are recommended.
