Description

Highly deformable and workable hybrid gel adhesive for ceramic tiles and natural stone. It is eco-friendly and suitable for use with EMICODE® Green Building.

  • Very fast bonding: Adhesive strength five times superior to a class C2 (4.5 N/mm²) cement‑based adhesive after 24 hours.
  • Stress resistant: Ten times more deformable than a class S2 (>50 mm) cement‑based adhesive.
  • Easy to spread: Five times less viscous than a (35 Pa*s) polyurethane adhesive, transforms into a smooth gel like a cement‑based adhesive.

  • Application temperature: 5–35°C.
  • Mixing ratio: 8.6:1.4 (Part A: Part B).
  • Foot traffic/ grouting of joints: 5°C: ≈15 hours; 23°C: ≈4 hours.
  • Interval before normal use (23°C/ 5°C): Light foot traffic: ≈6–20 hours; heavy traffic: ≈12–24 hours; swimming pools: ≈3 days (+23°C).
  • Shear adhesion (initial, to BS EN 12004): ≥2 N/mm².
  • Shear adhesion after 7 days (to BS EN 12003): ≥ 7.5 N/mm².
  • Shear adhesion after water immersion (to BS EN 12003): ≥5 N/mm².
  • Shear adhesion after thermal shock (to BS EN 12003): ≥5.5 N/mm².
  • Shear adhesion after immersion in chlorine water (to BS EN 12003): ≥3 N/mm².
  • Tensile adhesion (to BS EN 1348): After 6 hours: ≥2.4 N/mm²; after 28 days: ≥4.5 N/mm² (concrete/ porcelain tiles).
  • Adhesion after heat ageing (to BS EN 1348): ≥4 N/mm².
  • Adhesion after water immersion (to BS EN 1348): ≥2.5 N/mm².
  • Adhesion after freeze-thaw cycles (to BS EN 1348): ≥2 N/mm².
  • Adhesion after straining cycles: ≥2 N/mm².
