- Activator-Primer (Canister) APR01 - Black:

Synthetic rubber resin-based primer, developed to provide the necessary preparation of substrates prior to the installation of self-adhesive and torch-applied membranes. The spray application offers improved film thickness speed of application (by up to 50% over roller applied products) and quick drying in a matter of minutes.

• Coverage: Approx. 96 g/m² (300 mm-wide spray one coat, 192 g/m² two coats). Two coats may be required for very porous substrates.

• Application temperature: +5 to +30°C.

• Drying time (at 10°C): 5-10 minutes.

- BauderTEC Sprint DUO:

A technically advanced self-adhesive SBS elastomeric bitumen underlayer with “DUO” lap technology to ensure thorough sealing of lap joints, even in lower temperatures. The product features a glass fleece reinforcement for strength and stability.

The product benefits from cleaner, safer and faster installation than traditional torch-applied membranes.

Robust, self-adhesive elastomeric bitumen air and vapour control layer (AVCL), with a mica finished upper surface to allow easy bonding of insulation using appropriate Bauder Insulation Adhesive. One side lap features an 80 mm wide glass fleece along the underside, and a 100 mm strip of aluminium foil above. The other side lap has a thermofusible film on the top surface. This arrangement ensures that laps are heat sealed using hot air or gas torch as appropriate to extrude a bitumen bead, thus ensuring waterproofing integrity.

Expandable graphite fire retardant is also incorporated to reduce spread of flame and the product is available in a choice of three colours.

- BauderSOLAR Photovoltaic Mounting System:

Bauder Flat roof PV mounting solution for framed solar modules. The mounting units are secured to the roof using a membrane-to-membrane welding technique.
