Bauderflex Inverted Roof System - Torch Applied

Two layer, torch-applied, inverted, bitumen membrane waterproofing system suitable for new build and refurbishment applications, and used primarily on concrete decks. Option of using a root-resistant cap sheet for green roofs. Can also be used in warm and cold roof scenarios.

Features:

• Cap sheets with tensile strength up to 800 N/50mm
• Withstands climatic extremes, temperatures ranging from -30⁰C to +110⁰C
• Life expectancy in excess of 25 years
• Expandable graphite fire retardant prevents spread of flame
