Panels:

Standard widths: 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1200 mm (non-standard widths are available).

Standard heights: 2440, 2743, 3000, 3657 mm (non-standard heights and multi-tiered options are available).

Configurations:

• Full mesh: 40 x 40 x 2.5 mm thick angle frames with 50 x 50 x 3 mm steel mesh welded to framing. Panels are bolted together using M8 x 16 hexagon head bolts.

• Full steel: 40 x 40 x 2.5 mm thick angle frames with 0.7 mm steel sheets welded to framing. Panels are bolted together using M8 x 16 hexagon head bolts.

• Steel/ Mesh: 40 x 40 x 2.5mm thick angle frames with 0.7 mm steel sheets and 50 x 50 x 3 mm steel mesh welded to framing. Panels are bolted together using M8 x 16 hexagon head bolts.

• Steel/ Glass: 40 x 40 x 2.5mm thick angle frames with 0.7 mm steel sheets welded to framing with aperture for glazing. Plastic glazing bead is provided. Panels are bolted together using M8 x 16 hexagon head bolts.

Colour:

Partitions are available in a range of five standard colours, but non-standard and corporate colours, to the nearest BS or RAL colour, are available on request.

Glass:

Glazed panels incorporate a two piece, plastic ‘clip-in’ glazing bead, which accommodates any 6 to 6.4 mm thick glass.

Doors:

• Single leaf hinged steel doors: 900 and 1000 mm wide x 2006 mm high, with over panels to suit overall height of partition. non-standard door sizes are available.

• Double leaf hinged steel doors: 1800 and 2000 mm wide x 2006 mm high, with over panels to suit overall height of partition. non-standard door sizes are available.

• Sliding steel doors: 1200, 1800 and 2400 mm wide x 2210 mm high. non-standard door sizes are available. Sliding doors use low friction trolleys for maintenance free operation. Bottom guide rails do not intrude into door opening, and make for free access for all types of traffic. Doors can be single leaf or bi-parting.

Ironmongery:

Ironmongery options include: 3 lever mortise lock with lever handles, pull handle and push plate, mortise lock with euro profile cylinder, digital lock, claw lock for sliding doors and all doors can be padlockable.

Accessories:

• Steel ceilings, mesh ceilings, self-supported tiled ceilings and suspended tiled ceilings.

• Drop-down hatch: Hinged steel panel can be used as a serving shelf.

• Sliding glass hatch: For inter communication between areas.
