Description

SLENTEX® is a silica aerogel based on high-performance thermal insulation material. It exhibits extremely low thermal conductivity (λD 19 mW/mK), excellent fire resistance (non-combustible, fire class-A2-s1, d0), high hydrophobicity while maintaining high water vapor permeability (μ ~ 5), and superior flexibility. It is robust and easy to use.

It allows for a high degree of design freedom and enables very slim construction systems for insulation in both new build and renovation. Whether historically protected fa­cades, building elements, or uneven brickwork, SLENTEX® can be applied flexibly wherever other insulation materials reach their limits.
