Description

MasterTop 1327 incorporates a 2–4 mm thick self-smoothing elastomeric polyurethane flooring system installed on to a very elastic 4 mm thick resin comfort underlayment.

The system removes the need to use rubber crumb mats to achieve high comfort levels and sound absorption properties in ergonomic resin flooring systems.

It provides a tough and scratch resistant finish with an ergonomically warm, comfortable feel and a high degree of energy absorption. It is a seamless floor without joints or welds even around columns and over large open areas.

System components:

  • Primer (and optional scratch primer): MasterTop P 617.
  • Elastioc underlayment: MasterTop BC 329.
  • Bodycoat: MasterTop BC 325N, MasterTop BC 375N or MasterTop BS 361N.
  • Topcoat: MasterTop TC 407W (pigmented. Clear finish is available only with MasterTop BC 361N).

Slip resistance:

Slip resistance will vary depending upon the method and conditions of application, the nature of any polishes used and the standards of housekeeping. Typically the coefficient of friction as measured using the TRRL slip resistance tester and 4S rubber is: Standard finish 85 (dry).

Features and benefits:

  • Sound deadening properties with a flexible finish.
  • A permanently elastic, wear-resistant surface provides a durable long lasting floor.
  • High energy absorption capacity reduces the risk of injury resulting from falls.
  • Monolithically bonded to the substrate.
  • Low emissions to AgBB.
  • 40 year life cycle costing.
  • CE marked.
