Description
A curved or circular sliding door system, providing a decorative door entrance system. It provides a wider opening than conventional flat sliding doors. The discreet form and compact dimensions allow the CMD to be part of the architectural design. System comprises of doors, side screens, openers and safety units. The motor, control unit, transmission, optional emergency unit and electro mechanical locking device are all assembled in a compact drive module. The drive module is mounted inside a support beam with integrated cover. The motor and gear box transmits movement to the door leaves by means of a tooth belt. The door leaves can be adjusted height, length and depth-wise. Plastic rollers and a sliding track made of aluminium give exceptionally smooth and silent operation. ASSA ABLOY CMD can be delivered as opener, cover and door leaves only or complete with covers, door leaves and fixed screens. All models are tailored to suit contract specific requirements.
