Application

For interior and exterior floors and coverings in high traffic areas. Can be used for bonding:

  • Ceramic.
  • Vitreous mosaic.
  • Clinker.
  • Terracotta tiles.
  • Cement-based, recomposed and natural stone tiles (that are not sensitive to staining and moisture).

Suitable substrates include:

  • Lime, cement and gypsum base coat plaster.
  • Gauged mortars.
  • Well cured and dry cement.
  • Anhydrite floor screeds.
  • Long-standing concrete floor slabs.
  • Plasterboard.
  • Cementitious waterproof coatings.
  • Existing floors.

Also suitable for use on SA 500, SV 472, SV 472 P, SR 450 or LEGEO MIX screeds, on floor screeds made using FASSACEM binder, on AQUAZIP line waterproofing products and on GYPSOTECH system plasterboards. Also used for External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems. Consult manufacturer for details.

Must be used in its original state, without the addition of other materials.

Description

Dry, pre-mixed, one-component adhesive with high elasticity. Composed of white or grey Portland cement, extra-white or grey graded sand, a high quantity of synthetic elastic resins, and additives. Can be applied in thicknesses up to 15 mm.

- Compliance with EN 12004:

  • Tensile adhesion (to EN 1348; initial, after water immersion, after heating, and after freeze-thaw cycles): ≥1 N/mm².
  • Extended open time (to EN 1348): ≥0.5 N/mm² after 30 minutes.
  • Vertical slippage: ≤0.5 mm.
  • Transverse deformation: ≥2.5 mm and <5 mm.
