Motor sash lock.
Motor locks are used in doors with high security requirements and in doors where automatic locking is required. A hookbolt lock can be used in all standard doors as well as in double or sliding doors, where it is important that the door and frame are hooked together. Doors with high opening frequency should include complementary day-time locking, e.g. an electric strike or a solenoid lock.

Features:
Communication between the DAC430 control unit and the motor lock is serial with an encrypted opening signal. The lockcase/striking plate has a built-in door monitoring switch (magnetic contact) which can be replaced with an external magnetic contact. With its inputs and outputs, the DAC430 control unit acts as an interface towards the access control system.
Function:
The bolt is operated between the locked and unlocked position by the built-in motor. The lock can always be operated mechanically with a thumbturn or a key, even when the current is off. Latchbolt is operated by lever handles. All Connect motor locks require a control unit to which the power supply is connected. This DAC is fitted on the protected side and close to the door. The standard connecting cable between motor lock and control unit DAC is 6 m.
Package:
Connect motor locks are delivered in complete sets including motor lock, control unit, 6 m connecting cable and 1487-2 striking plate with built-in magnet.
