Description
This BIM model offers a complete “through-floor” insulated flooring system from a ground concrete slab layer through to the final floor finish. Incorporating ARDEX and Kingspan products, offering enhanced performance qualities and the rapid completion of the flooring installation.
The system model is built up of the following products from the slab upwards:
- Generic concrete slab.
- ARDITEX NA Ultra Rapid Setting Latex Subfloor Levelling Compound.
- Generic damp proof membrane (1200 gauge).
- Kingspan Kooltherm K103 Floorboard (providing a thermal conductivity rating of 0.018 W/m·K and a Green Guide Rating of A+).
- Generic slip membrane.
- ARDEX A 38 Ultra Rapid Drying Cement for Screeds at 75mm or 65mm for domestic locations.
- ARDITEX NA Ultra Rapid Setting Latex Subfloor Levelling Compound.
- ARDEX AF 325 Carpet flooring adhesive.
- Generic top floorcovering.
