A fibre reinforced, high build levelling and smoothing compound designed for applications from 3 mm up to a maximum of 40 mm.
Application
For levelling and smoothing most new and existing internal
subfloors including, concrete, cement/ sand screeds, anhydrite screeds, stone, terrazzo and ceramic tiles, and suitable timber floors.
Description
ARDEX K 40 HB is a fibre reinforced, high build levelling and smoothing compound.
Features and benefits:
- Apply from 3–40 mm in one application.
- Rapid hardening; walkable in approximately two hours.
- Ceramic floor tiles can be fixed after two hours.
- Fibre reinforced for strength and flexibility.
- Resilient and timber floorcoverings can be applied after six hours.
- Extended 35 minute working time.
- Very low emission (Emicode: EC1 plus).
