ARDEX A 35 MIX Pre-Blended Rapid Drying Screed
Pre-Blended Ultra Rapid Drying Cement for Internal Screeds can be walked on in as little as 3 hours and receive resilient floor coverings in as little 24. It's pre-blended so just add water.
ARDEX A 35 MIX contains one part ARDEX A 35 quick drying cement and four parts, by weight, of screeding sand, requiring only the addition of water. Use for the installation of new screeds or for repairs to existing screeds where rapid setting and drying is required. Can be used to produce bonded, unbonded or floating screeds and will be dry after 24 hours at 20°C to receive floor finishes, regardless of thickness.
Thickness:
When used as a repair mortar ARDEX A 35 MIX can be applied to the full thickness of the existing screed. When applied as a new screed, application at the following thicknesses is recommended:
- Bonded screeds: Minimum 15 mm, (design thickness up to 40 mm).
- Unbonded screeds: Minimum 40 mm.
- Floating screeds: Minimum 75 mm (Minimum 65 mm in lightly loaded (domestic) locations).
