Description

Highly resistant and tough natural wood cladding for internal walls and ceilings that require specific sound absorption characteristics. It is available in 15 wood species and the surface has a slight satin appearance, providing the physical sensation of the grain and knots in the original wood veneer.

Construction:

  • Natural processed wood veneer.
  • Medium-density fibreboard (MDF) core.
  • High pressure laminate (HPL) balancer.

Features and benefits:

  • No maintenance required - the surface composition is suitable for high traffic areas, eliminating the need for any maintenance or treatment and making it easy to clean.
  • Acoustic absorption - the results of reverberation chamber tests conducted for the measurement of sound absorption obtained balanced results between 0.2–0.6 depending on the perforation performed.
  • Reaction to fire - good results for organic materials in accordance with BS EN 13501-1 for reaction to fire (C-s2, d0).
  • Resistance to scratching - Grade 3 according to BS EN 438-2: Part 25.
  • Light fastness - a minimum of level ≥2 in the greyscale according to BS EN 438‑2: Part 27.
  • Antibacterial - can be supplied with high level antibacterial characteristics (based on standard ISO 22196) upon request.
  • Manufactured in accordance with BS EN 438-8.
