Floor access cover with checker plate lid to suit loadings from Pedestrian up to 19 tonnes (FACTA class A to E) available as a single, double or multi leaf depending on size.

Description
Floor access covers manufactured in aluminium or stainless steel, available in any size, finished with a chequer plate lid and optional polyester powder coating.
Features and benefits:
- Gas spring assisted opening with a safety hold-open stay that locks in the open position.
- This cover is not water tight. Should any water pass the seals it will be dispersed via an integral drainage channel, which is fitted with a standard internal 0.75 inch flexible hose adaptor (for connection to drain by others).
- Rated for pedestrian loading.
- External drainage is possible if required.
- The patent frame with unique hidden hinge incorporates an EPDM unbroken seal to help prevent the ingress of dirt and moisture.
