Description

Trolleylift is a floor level service list suitable for larger loads up to 500 kg typically transported on trolleys or in roll cages.

Used in pubs, bars or hotels to move beer barrels and crates, or in retail or industrial environments to move larger loads. Designed to help avoid excessive manual handling with risk of injury to staff.

Features:

  • Three models (250, 300 or 500 kg) available offering a choice of entrance types.
  • Installation in just 2–3 days for a 250 kg lift, or 3–4 days for a 300 kg lift and 8-10 days for a 500 kg lift with minimal disruption.
  • Installed either through the floor or adjacent to a mezzanine floor.
  • Suitable for up to six stops over a total distance of 18 m (12 m for 500 kg).
  • Hinged doors as standard, concertina shutter leaf gate as an option.
  • Smooth, quiet and efficient traction drive system.
  • Easy to clean with a hardwearing finish.
  • Robust push buttons, fully automatic control.
  • Entrance protection is by means of a galvanized collapsible car gate which protects goods from falling when the lift is in motion.

Complies with the Essential Safety Requirements (ESRs) of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and EN 81-3 where applicable.

The Trolleylift is supplied in a structure-supported frame which is galvanized for longer life and does not need load bearing shaft walls. A solid flat base, support at each floor and at the top, together with a pre-formed lift shaft supplied by the builder, is usually all that is required.
