Application

For floor decking applications.

Description

110 mm deep steel trapezoidal floor deck profile with crushed ends.

The S450 grade profile is available in 0.9 mm, 1.1 mm and 1.4 mm gauges and has unpropped capacity up to 5.5 m spans. Uses a 170–250 mm deep slab, which gives much more flexibility in build for other trades below the deck. It also reduces the amount of deflection usually seen in metal decking after concrete pours and can help to reduce the amount of screed required to give a level floor.

Features and benefits:

  • Can achieve up to 2 hours fire rating with varying load types.
  • Manufactured in the UK.
