Applikasjon

ASF 5002 Post and Rail Systems can be used anywhere that requires a permanent perimeter. Supplied in stainless steel as standard (but also available in mild steel or aluminium if required), the system can easily attain 3kN for crowd loading and can be adapted to overcome any topographical feature, either natural or man made. Gates and openings can be incorporated and manufactured to match the ASF 5002 design. Offering a good looking and modern solution where post and rail is desired the ASF 5002 Post and Rail system is strong, durable and has complete flexibility of design. Panels that can be laser profiled or fabricated to any design can be added in areas where roll through / fall through risk is high, or tension cables can be used to infill the spaces between the rails to increase safety where the situation dictates. ASF can incorporate LED lighting and even specify this either as decorative or full task lighting, including a full and comprehensive lighting diagram.

Supplied as single-, double- or three-rail systems.
A wide variety of panel designs, with and without sight gaps, is also available.
Can be manufactured base plate or root fixed
Curves and corners can be accommodated
Can be adapted for slopes and step units
Gates can be manufactured to suit
Finish can be polished to any grade, painted / powder coated or left galvanised of the steel option is taken
Additional handrails can be added to accommodate a lower handrail need
Tension wires and panelling can be added to make the perimeter more secure
Posts and rails can be reinforced to add ram raid resistance
Systems can be manufactured with structural calculations meeting 1.5kN or 3kN
Visibility features can be added in the form of reflective bands, contrasting coloured areas or machined areas to break up the profile
LED lighting can be accommodated and supplied
