Applikasjon

Suitable for refurbishment projects, new construction and unitised wall systems. The rails of the mounting system can be mounted directly to timber, concrete and steel.

Beskrivelse

Pre-pointed, mechanically fixed brick slip cladding facade system that is fire rated over 18 metres. Brick slips are mechanically fixed to a steel backing sheet with steel hooks embedded in mortar. The dimensions vary depending on the selected panel type, with standard dimensions of 65 to 85 mm (height) x 215 to 290 mm (length).


The system is a ventilated and separated structure, leaving a wall-wide cavity between the insulation or the load-bearing wall. This prevents the forces from the structural movement of the building to impact the brick slip cladding and it also remains dry, extending its functional life.

Brick slips are mechanically connected to a steel backing sheet that includes protruding tabs for keying into the mortar joints and cut outs on the reverse face for hanging onto the horizontal rails.
