Fast and easy to install understructure system for sports flooring. Designed to offer uniform performance on every installation. Precision machined using high quality sustainably sourced timber with a distinctive jointing system. This sports floor understructure system is available with a number of different surface options, to create both area and elastic sprung floors.

Subfloor preparation | To conform to BS 8204-1:1987 and should not deviate more than 3 mm under a 2 m straight edge, having a suitable damp-proof membrane. Should be dry to less than 75% RH, and level. |
Vapour control layer | Union kraft paper or similar approved. |
Resilient layer | 15 mm technical shock pad. Veiledning for spesifikasjonsvalg: Technical shock pad in a variety of densities and thicknesses, dependant on project requirements. Standard thickness of 15 mm. |
Flooring | European Birch plywood laid brickbond. Veiledning for spesifikasjonsvalg: Surface prepared to accept a variety of sports surface finishes including Pulastic (area elastic resin or combined elastic resin), Reflex ProPlay, sports linoleum or sports timber parkett. |
Joint treatment | All T&G joints bonded with Reflex Tempo PUR adhesive and the surface feather finished. |

Execution | Veiledning for spesifikasjonsvalg: Workmanship: Store in dry conditions and protect from dirt, stains and damage. Environment: Do not start installation until building is weather tight, wet trades have completed their works and the building is well dried out. Before, during and after installation, temperature and humidity must be maintained at levels approximating to those which will prevail after the building is occupied. Ideal range of humidity is 40–65% RH. During installation, the temperature must be above 15 degrees celsius. |
